We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. Both Cloudflare and Squarespace are US-based companies. Data may be processed outside the UK and European Economic Area. These transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, as maintained by each provider.
Cloudflare Web Analytics data is retained in aggregate form for up to 6 months. Cloudflare server logs are retained for a limited period as part of normal operations. Squarespace analytics data is retained in accordance with their data processing terms. We do not independently store any website visitor data.
Where we hold personal data in connection with a business relationship, we retain it for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Financial and tax records are retained for six years after the end of the relevant business relationship, as required by law.
